Delete my account

You can have your account and everything we hold about you removed. You do not need to sign in to ask, and you do not need the app installed.

If you still have the app

Open the app, go to Profile, and choose Delete my account. It happens immediately and you are signed out. There is nothing to wait for and nobody to ask.

If you have already uninstalled it

Write to us and we will remove it. The address for this is not set yet — it goes in apps/landing/src/config/site.ts, and this page is not ready to publish until it is.

What is removed

• your phone number and the sign-in attached to it;
• your pincode and city;
• your consent record, and any ratings or details you sent to a Kendra;
• every session, on every device.

What is not, and why

A count of how many installations were looking for medicines in each city stays. It carries no phone number, no account and no search term — there is nothing in it that points at you, and no way for us to find "your" rows in it even if you asked us to. Removing it would mean holding the very link we deliberately do not keep.

What you searched for is never joined to who you are, so there is nothing to delete there either. Anything you looked up is stored on your own device and never reaches us. Settings → Clear my data removes it in one tap, with or without an account.
